Terms and Conditions
Conditions	4 night minimum stay. Maximum of 4 guests No Smoking   No Pets   Children over age 6 are welcome.
Deposit	50% of rental at time of booking if reservation is made 60 days in advance. If less than 60 days, than 100%.
Balance of Rental	Balance of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Security Deposit	$250 due with the last payment. Security Deposit will be refunded within three weeks of inspection. Insepction to be done by the property manager immediately after guests departure.
Method of Payment	Money order, cashiers check or other bank instruments are acceptable. If reservation is made at least 60 days in advance a personal check is acceptable if drawn on a US or Canadian bank. We accept credit card payments through PayPal. Cancellation Policy	Full refund if cancellation notice received 60 days prior to reserved dates. No refund if received less than 60 days before reserved dates unless the property can be re-booked for that time frame. Full refund if hurricane prevents travel.
